Makoni Herbal Tea is produced from the leaves of the Fadogia ancylantha bush that grows mostly in the Eastern Highlands area of Zimbabwe.

Makoni herbal tea also has potassium which is an electrolyte and it benefits your skin by keeping it internally moisturised as you sleep. Makoni herbal tea also has high levels of potassium and calcium which are really good if you have brittleness in your nails and teeth. Both magnesium and potassium are important for healthy bones as they help your body process the calcium. Increasing your magnesium and potassium has been linked to reduced bone loss in older adults.

Brewing Instructions

*Wasn’t  fond of the tea in the beginning but I have grown to love it after discovering its benefits.
